We’ll ask you to provide a blood sample annually and complete health and lifestyle surveys. These surveys will give researchers insights into your lifestyle, behaviors, work, family, and other important factors that impact your health. Participation should take 2-3 hours of your time annually.

Why should I become a COLS participant?

You can make a difference for just a few hours of your time a year. Gain joy knowing that you are participating in a project that will improve health for future generations. Celebrate that you are contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge that may help prevent or cure a disease that impacts your family.
